Infrastructure Analyst – DevOps

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Ensure that the systems infrastructure is consistent with DevOps principles.

• Enhance processes for environment provisioning.

• Automate processes related to continuous integration.

• Oversee the corporate infrastructure and data center, concentrating on connectivity, availability, performance, quality, and security.

• Monitor and manage alerts, thresholds, triggers, pipelines, automations, and escalation procedures for decision-making.

• Independently oversee infrastructure, processes, and business operations.

• Manage and execute the lifecycle of events, incidents, requests, problems, and changes through standardized and automated methodologies.

• Address and fulfill requests for configuration, parameterization, customization, and routine automation.

• Engage in restoring assets, applications, systems, and services.

• Automatically provision infrastructure and applications.

• Provide immediate responses to incidents and attacks.

• Prepare, analyze, control, and support QAS, UAT, development, and production environments.

• Operate both corporate and data center environments, encompassing their physical and logical infrastructure and assets.

• Deliver maintenance and support for corporate and data center settings.

• Analyze requirements and integrate internally developed systems with supported legacy systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• A university degree is preferred, ideally in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field in software development or software engineering.

• Certification is not mandatory.

• Preferred experience includes 4 years in a technical IT position employing agile methodologies.

• Familiarity with DevOps tools and culture, encompassing CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, and deployment models.

• Experience in creating and implementing information security policies.

• Proficient knowledge of the languages and technologies relevant to the environment.

• Understanding of backup solutions, including their installation and configuration.

• Knowledge of virtualization technologies, containers, and cloud computing, along with installation, administration, and maintenance expertise.

• Proficiency in Linux and Windows operating systems.

• Experience in operating, installing, and monitoring network and security devices.

• Familiarity with firewalls and perimeter security tools, such as load balancers, IDS/IPS, CDNs, and next-generation firewalls.
