This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Evaluate information security risks in accordance with internal policies and external best practices.
• Conduct security system tests and implement security standards, policies, and procedures.
• Deploy cybersecurity technology under the supervision of the global information security leader.
• Offer daily business support related to information security.
• Oversee third-party providers as necessary to ensure compliance with standards.
• Deliver information security training to relevant teams.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives.
• Ensure compliance with Scrum values, principles, and methodologies.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to keep a well-maintained, prioritized, and refined product backlog.
• Monitor and report on team velocity, sprint burndown, and other Agile metrics.
• Encourage self-organization and cross-functionality within the team.
• Coach team members in Scrum and Agile methodologies.
• Mentor team members on best practices in Jira, including workflow setup, board management, backlog grooming, and reporting.
• Advocate for Agile practices throughout the team.
• Assist in defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
• Help develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
• Identify, evaluate, and escalate project risks and issues; contribute to maintaining the risk register.
• Provide status updates and progress reports to stakeholders and leadership.
• Engage in change management and stakeholder communication initiatives.
• Develop towards full project ownership.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline (or equivalent professional experience).
• Over 5 years of experience in CyberSecurity, with a focus on Identity & Access Management.
• More than 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or in a comparable Agile leadership position.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Atlassian Jira, including board configuration, workflows, dashboards, and reporting.
• Proven ability to work with stakeholders and lead meetings effectively.
• Demonstrated experience in coaching and mentoring teams in Agile principles and practices.
• Familiarity with or genuine interest in project management practices; formal project management experience is a plus.
• Experience with distributed or remote Agile teams is advantageous.
• Proficient to expert skills in Jira, including board configuration, workflows, dashboards, JQL basics, sprint reporting, and automation rules.
• Understanding of project planning concepts, including timelines, milestones, and dependencies.
• A general understanding of the software development lifecycle and DevOps practices.
• Six Sigma certification and Certified ScrumMaster certification are required.
• PMP certification is highly valued for the PM growth path.
• Atlassian Certified Jira Administrator certification is preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical specialists, leaders, and peers.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Team-oriented mindset towards achieving common objectives.
• Support for relocation within the country is available.
• Minimal assistance for candidates voluntarily relocating internationally under the Volunteer International Transfer Policy.
