Information Security Governance Analyst III – Information Security

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design, lead, and continually enhance Information Security processes, encompassing policies, procedures, and operational instructions.

• Recognize opportunities for improvement and assist in evaluating and implementing automation and Artificial Intelligence solutions for Information Security Governance processes.

• Facilitate the adoption and progression of practices grounded in industry frameworks, such as CIS Controls.

• Oversee multidisciplinary security initiatives in a PMO role, monitoring timelines, status updates, deliverables, and action plans.

• Proactively detect bottlenecks, risks, and needs for escalation.

• Define, consolidate, monitor, and report governance metrics (KPIs and KRIs) to executive leadership and committees.

• Create dashboards, trend analyses, management reports, and executive materials to aid decision-making.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Substantial experience in Information Security Governance.

• Familiarity with methodology and process mapping.

• Understanding of Agile frameworks.

• Knowledge of corporate performance metric frameworks (KPIs and OKRs), with the ability to provide relevant analyses and recommendations.

• Strong analytical capabilities focused on developing models that support decision-making.

• A structured problem-solving approach, employing creative methods and basing actions on accurate, reliable data.

• Highly effective communication skills, with the capability to create and deliver impactful presentations to various levels of executive leadership.

• Capacity to work autonomously and manage deliverables, ensuring timely completion while upholding a high standard of technical quality.
