Information Security Compliance Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee and guide audit partners throughout the onboarding and enablement process.

• Keep internal trackers up-to-date and facilitate coordination among teams to resolve dependencies.

• Identify and flag audit partners who are experiencing delays at any stage.

• Confirm auditor accreditation status in accordance with relevant accreditation bodies.

• Update partner profiles and ensure accurate listings in the auditor directory.

• Assist in aligning audit evidence requirements with platform capabilities.

• Prepare reference data, pinpoint gaps, and document findings to enhance product improvement workflows.

• Conduct verification processes for new audit partner candidates.

• Address routine inquiries from auditors and internal teams, escalating complex issues to the SME.

• Develop and refine AI agents for routine Audit Experience tasks, including handling partner inquiries, directory reviews, and evidence mapping lookups.

• Create prompts, test agent workflows, and implement repeatable automation patterns utilizing GenAI platforms.

• Assist in research, documentation, process enhancement, and cross-functional collaboration within Audit Experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in GRC, Information Security, Risk Management, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

• A strong academic focus on GRC or auditing is highly preferred.

• Previous experience with audits through academic projects, internships, or professional roles is a significant advantage.

• A genuine interest in information security and cybersecurity.

• Proficient with spreadsheets, trackers, and data management.

• Excellent attention to detail.

• Strong written communication skills.

• Familiarity with GenAI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar platforms.

• Self-motivated and capable of managing operational cadence independently.
