Influencer & Social Media Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Develop and effectively oversee the influencer program

• Identify and connect with creators

• Negotiate agreements and manage campaign execution

• Organize content calendars and operationally implement content across various social media platforms

• Foster community engagement and enhance reach

• Evaluate performance and provide reports on influencer and social media initiatives

• Collaborate closely with Content Marketing, Art Direction, and the AI Content & Design Creator

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of experience in influencer marketing and/or social media management

• Ideally, expertise in consumer health, beauty, or FMCG sectors

• A well-established network of creators and agencies is advantageous

• Ability to manage activities based on reach, engagement, and ROI

• Creativity, strong organizational skills, and excellent negotiation capabilities

• Entrepreneurial mindset and a readiness to work innovatively
