Influencer, Social Commerce Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Identify, recruit, and oversee influencers, creators, and affiliates.

• Develop and enhance creator campaigns across platforms such as TikTok, Amazon, Meta, and DTC channels.

• Manage partnerships with Amazon affiliates and creators through Levanta.

• Organize product seeding, creator outreach, briefings, content creation, and campaign schedules.

• Foster relationships with creators that resonate with the products and target audience.

• Negotiate partnership terms, commissions, deliverables, and usage rights.

• Assist with TikTok Shop and social commerce initiatives.

• Repurpose creator-generated content for social media, DTC, and paid advertising.

• Monitor clicks, conversions, sales, ROAS, affiliate revenue, and creator performance metrics.

• Pinpoint effective creators and content while scaling successful strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience in influencer, creator, affiliate, or social commerce fields.

• Comprehensive knowledge of TikTok and creator-driven e-commerce.

• Background in working with Amazon influencers or affiliate marketing.

• Familiarity with Levanta is a significant advantage.

• Insight into Meta, DTC, and social commerce strategies.

• Experience in managing creator outreach and nurturing ongoing relationships.

• Strong skills in negotiation, communication, and project management.

• Capability to analyze creator performance and e-commerce metrics effectively.

• Experience with consumer products and product seeding is a plus.
