This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Drive growth by identifying, shaping, and securing major capital projects within the food and beverage market sector.
• Lead strategic initiatives and cultivate executive-level client relationships.
• Align Brown and Caldwell’s multidisciplinary capabilities to enhance client investments in water, wastewater, and facility infrastructure.
• Develop and implement multi-year client growth strategies.
• Create client business cases that include revenue targets, service expansion, and positioning milestones.
• Secure and deliver profitable work while managing risk exposure effectively.
• Oversee client portfolios to meet revenue, margin, and backlog objectives.
• Maintain utilization in line with portfolio expectations.
• Provide performance calibration in collaboration with Business Unit and Area/Market leadership.
• Build and lead a high-performing Client Service Team.
• Coordinate resources across business lines and engage subject matter experts.
• Mentor developing team members.
• Expand relationships across various client functional areas and leadership levels.
• Translate client insights and market intelligence into effective growth strategies.
• Execute structured client engagement plans with a minimum of 20% client-facing time.
• Act as Sales Leader on key pursuits, assess opportunities, and formulate win strategies.
• Maintain accurate client data and ensure governance between Client Services Manager and Project Manager roles.
• Contribute to excellence in project delivery.
• Adapt to additional assignments based on evolving organizational needs.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in the environmental engineering and consulting industry, with progressive responsibilities encompassing marketing and business development.
• A Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, business, sales, or a comparable field is required.
• Proficiency in managing client portfolios to achieve revenue, margin, and growth objectives.
• Advanced professional acumen in balancing project oversight with strategic client leadership.
• Proven ability to identify, evaluate, and define new business opportunities.
• Proficiency in go/no-go decision support and the formulation of effective pursuit win strategies.
• Experience serving as Sales Leader for significant proposals.
• Ability to identify and engage suitable teaming partners.
• Advanced skills in developing, expanding, and leveraging client relationships across various organizational levels.
• Strong capability to research and convert client business drivers into actionable growth strategies.
• Ability to recognize emerging client needs and align BC capabilities to seize new market opportunities.
• Proven ability to motivate and align multidisciplinary teams.
• Advanced facilitation, interview, and executive communication skills (both written and oral).
• Working proficiency in risk identification, mitigation, and performance management.
• Familiarity with governance principles, decision-support models, and change leadership practices.
• Proficiency in digital tools, data systems, and AI-enabled platforms.
