This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Provide support to Xylem locations in Mulberry, Florida, and nearby regions by servicing and maintaining water and wastewater treatment equipment.

• Operate, troubleshoot, service, and maintain water and wastewater treatment systems on-site.

• Diagnose and maintain industrial electrical systems, including motors, control panels, instrumentation, starters, sensors, and other related components.

• Adhere to a general day shift schedule from Monday to Friday.

• Be available for overtime and occasional weekend work as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

• 2–5 years of technical experience in municipal, industrial, or commercial settings, with a strong focus on electrical systems.

• Proven experience in troubleshooting and maintaining industrial electrical equipment, including motors, starters, control panels, sensors, and related components.

• Preferred exposure to process water, wastewater, or other industrial equipment systems.

• Capability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to use smart devices.

• Strong customer-facing and communication abilities.

• Competence in identifying and addressing potential safety issues.

• Must be able to pass a background check, drug screening, and MVR check.

• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is essential.
