Industrial Adhesives and Tapes Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Achieve or surpass the assigned sales target within the specified sales territory.

• Collaborate with local channel teams to implement growth initiatives, strategies, and programs.

• Cultivate end-user customers and application processes to enhance the growth of the Industrial Adhesives & Tapes portfolios.

• Provide market and customer insights to portfolio managers, marketing teams, application engineers, and leadership.

• Work in partnership with the End-User Key Accounts Team to foster growth through essential end-user clients.

• Oversee the opportunity pipeline effectively.

• Engage in strategic planning for new opportunities and conduct regular business reviews for key markets and end-user clients.

• Adhere to corporate policies, procedures, and security protocols.

• Follow safety guidelines, identify potential hazards, and participate in ongoing EHS improvements.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree or higher (must be completed and verified before starting).

• Two (2) years of sales experience in a private, public, government, or military setting.

• A current, valid driver’s license.

• Experience in articulating value propositions and system-selling.

• Familiarity with manufacturing processes.

• Proven experience in developing and managing key accounts.

• Competence in product demonstrations.

• A strong history of collaboration and cross-functional teamwork.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish may be preferred or required.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status.
