Indonesian QC Specialist, Email Data Collection Project

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malaysia, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Conduct initial quality assessments on gathered emails

• Confirm data precision and appropriate category classification

• Evaluate content quality and associated metadata

• Perform secondary quality control checks

• Ensure the accurate removal or redaction of personal information (PII)

• Adhere to project specifications and quality benchmarks

• Review and authenticate emails across various categories, including lease renewals, group communications, digital signatures, travel notifications, and shipping updates

⛳️ Requirements

• Native or near-native proficiency in Indonesian

• Residing in Malaysia, Singapore, or Thailand

• Exceptional attention to detail

• Experience in quality assurance, data annotation, content evaluation, localization, translation, or related fields is advantageous

• Availability to commit around 20+ hours per week

• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
