📋 Description

• Build a network of independent recruiting partners for Findeed.

• Conduct independent recruiting activities from a remote location.

• Access and manage recruitment mandates effectively.

• Establish and grow an independent recruiting business.

• Operate across various recruiting sectors, including IT & Technology, Finance & Accounting, Engineering, Sales & Marketing, Manufacturing, SaaS & Startups, as well as Management & Executive Search.

• Provide support to individuals aspiring to start their own independent recruiting business.

• Experience in recruitment is essential.

• An entrepreneurial mindset is required.

• A willingness to adopt a different working approach.

• Experience or interest in recruiting sectors such as IT & Technology, Finance & Accounting, Engineering, Sales & Marketing, Manufacturing, SaaS & Startups, or Management & Executive Search.

• Capacity to function as an independent recruiter or a willingness to transition into that role.

• No pre-existing business is necessary.
