Inbound/Outbound Queue Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Deliver comprehensive management of healthcare services

• Ensure the provision of high-quality healthcare

• Encourage cost-effective results while enhancing program and operational efficiency related to clinical matters

• Assist in the thorough coordination of medical services, which includes intake, screening, and referrals to Aetna Medical Services Programs

• Advocate for and enhance the quality effectiveness of Healthcare Services

⛳️ Requirements

• 2-4 years of prior Customer Service experience

• High school diploma or GED is required

• Experience in Medical Assisting or a medical office is preferred

• Knowledge of medical terminology and concepts utilized in care management is advantageous

• Strong communication abilities

• Excellent customer service skills

• Proficient in using computer systems, both internal and external

• Capability to communicate effectively within a multi-disciplinary team

• Availability to work Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm EST, with occasional weekends and holidays
