Inbound Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +15 more states.

📋 Description

• Assist customers in selecting the most suitable storage unit tailored to their specific needs.

• Provide exceptional customer service.

• Manage incoming customer calls.

• Collaborate with a close-knit team and receive mentorship from enthusiastic leaders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in Sales or Customer Service.

• Strong ability to engage over the phone.

• Proficient in using Microsoft Windows applications.

• High school diploma or GED required.

• Must pass background and drug screenings.

• Availability to work one weekend day.

• Must reside in one of the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Missouri, Mississippi, North Carolina, New Mexico, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, or Utah.
