📋 Description

• Engage with inbound customers who started their journey in Jerry’s app.

• Establish trust and connect with customers via phone.

• Clearly and simply articulate insurance details.

• Discover policy intricacies, hidden discounts, and coverage gaps among 55+ carrier options.

• Attend to customer concerns and address hesitations with empathy.

• Assist customers in finalizing and securing appropriate insurance policies.

• Ensure a positive, personal, and seamless customer experience while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in a high-quality retail, hospitality, or experience-focused environment.

• Notable backgrounds include Apple Store, Microsoft, Lululemon, Nordstrom, Disney, or Costco.

• Excellent active listening abilities.

• A genuinely positive demeanor and the capacity to connect with individuals naturally.

• Proficient in navigating internal tools and insurance platforms while multitasking.

• A valid P&C license question is part of the application process.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

• Current residency in an eligible hiring location: Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Nevada, New York, North Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, or Virginia for this hourly position.
