Inbound Sales Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Respond to incoming calls and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

• Handle inbound calls exclusively; no outbound cold calling involved.

• Clarify the services offered by 1-800-GOT-JUNK? and assist customers in eliminating their junk.

• Address inquiries regarding service areas, availability, removal schedules, and pricing details.

• Transform customer inquiries into bookings for the truck team.

• Engage in 3 weeks of fully compensated remote training.

• Become part of a team with support from a Team Lead following the training.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada and currently living in Alberta.

• Must be available for training during the initial 3 weeks, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM ABT (UTC-6).

• Possess a very friendly telephone demeanor.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Comfortable with adapting to new technologies.

• Minimum typing speed of 25 words per minute.

• A quiet workspace at home is essential.

• Must have a quick and reliable wired internet connection.

• Personal computer with a minimum of 8GB of memory is required.

• A wired Ethernet connection is mandatory.

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, call centers, or related fields is advantageous.
