Inbound Sales Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Receive incoming calls from Australian customers and deliver an exceptional service experience.

• Manage inbound calls exclusively; no outbound telemarketing required.

• Describe the services offered by 1-800-GOT-JUNK? and outline the company's junk removal process.

• Respond to inquiries regarding services, coverage areas, availability, removal timing, and pricing.

• Transform customer inquiries into bookings for the truck team.

• Participate in three weeks of fully compensated remote training.

• Become part of a team that is supported by a Team Lead post-training.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.

• Reside in Ontario currently.

• Available for the training period of the first 3 weeks, Monday to Friday, between 10 AM and 6:30 PM EST.

• After training, available Monday to Sunday between 3 PM and 5 AM EST.

• Possess a very friendly telephone demeanor.

• Exhibit strong written and verbal communication abilities.

• Comfortable with learning new technologies.

• Maintain a good typing speed, with a minimum of 25 wpm.

• Have a quiet workspace at home.

• Ensure a quick and reliable wired internet connection.

• Own a personal computer with at least 8GB of memory.

• A wired Ethernet connection is mandatory.

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, call center, or similar fields is an advantage.
