Inbound Sales Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Respond to incoming calls and deliver an exceptional customer service experience.

• Focus exclusively on inbound calls; no outbound cold calling involved.

• Clarify the services offered by 1-800-GOT-JUNK? and detail the junk removal process.

• Address inquiries regarding service areas, availability, timing for removal, and pricing details.

• Transform customer inquiries into confirmed bookings for the truck team members.

• Complete a 3-week paid training program conducted remotely.

• Become part of a team guided by a Team Lead following the training period.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.

• Must currently reside in Ontario.

• Available for the first 3 weeks to work from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM EST, Monday to Friday, for training purposes.

• Possess a very friendly telephone demeanor.

• Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Comfortable with learning new technologies.

• Minimum typing speed of 25 WPM required.

• A quiet workspace at home is necessary.

• Must have a quick and reliable wired internet connection.

• Personal computer should have at least 8 GB of memory.

• A wired Ethernet connection is mandatory.

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, call center, or similar fields is advantageous.
