Inbound Phone Sales – Automotive Parts

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Provide assistance to customers via phone in selecting products for vehicle-related projects.

• Market automotive parts while promoting upsells and cross-sells that align with customer requirements.

• Deliver outstanding inbound customer service over the phone.

• Manage only inbound calls; no outbound or cold calling involved.

• Complete an 8-week paid training session covering automotive systems and components.

• Work remotely from home.

• Be available to work Tuesday to Saturday in Florida, Georgia, Ohio, and Tennessee, with opportunities for overtime.

• Commit to a five-day work schedule, including Sundays, in Texas, with chances for overtime.
