Inbound Call Center Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina.

📋 Description

• Manage inbound communications for prominent brands

• Provide assistance to customers regarding inquiries, service requests, account requirements, and product assistance

• Utilize guided systems and resources to ensure top-notch customer service

• Uphold professionalism, precision, and brand consistency

• Complete client-specific evaluations and certifications prior to beginning service

• Operate from a designated workspace using secure cloud-based systems

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or GED is required

• Candidates must be at least 18 years old

• Must have authorization to work in the United States

• U.S. residency is required, excluding CA, CO, CT, MA, MD, NY, OR, WA, WI

• Capability to adhere to detailed procedures and achieve performance targets

• Excellent communication and active listening abilities

• Proficient in navigating computer applications and web-based tools

• Ability to work autonomously and stay accountable to schedules

• Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred

• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is preferred but not mandatory

• Familiarity with phone-based or computer-based support environments

• Successful completion of a multi-step onboarding process, including client-specific evaluations, a basic background check, and a certification course before commencing service
