Inbound B2C Consultant – Upgrade

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Engage with and assist end customers

• Conduct upselling and propose additional services

• Identify and seize opportunities to market insurance products

• Support customers receiving complimentary insurance via partner brands

• Process and track requests with the insurance provider

• Contribute to achieving results and ensuring an exceptional customer experience

⛳️ Requirements

• Familiarity with CRM and customer management tools

• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Sales Management, or a related discipline (preferred)

• Experience in B2C sales (preferred)

• 1–3 years of relevant professional experience

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Capacity to provide sound advice

• Background in B2C

• Excellent verbal communication abilities

• Willingness to work Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
