In-Home Traveler Physician, Full Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Vermont.

📋 Description

• Conduct in-home health assessments in the residences of members.

• Interact with individuals on a personal level to help address care gaps.

• Evaluate medications and review medical histories.

• Perform physical assessments.

• Carry out additional diagnostic and preventive tests as instructed, including diabetic eye examinations, spirometry, and bone density screenings.

• Utilize an iPad and clinical workflow for each assessment.

• Facilitate virtual visits as necessary.

• Deliver Signify Health services and products related to Diagnostic & Preventive Services.

• Travel within local areas and licensed states, which may include overnight hotel accommodations, car rentals, and flights.

• Establish trustworthy relationships and connect individuals to suitable care.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possession of an MD or DO physician qualification.

• Active and unrestricted license(s) within the coverage area(s).

• Capability to obtain and maintain multi-state licenses as necessary in the coverage area.

• Willingness to travel locally and across licensed states.

• Potential to travel up to 100% of the time within a defined coverage area.

• Ability to perform duties safely in homes that may have household pets, secondhand smoke, airborne allergens, or irritants.

• Proficiency in conducting in-home health evaluations, including reviewing medication and medical history, physical assessments, and diagnostic tests.

• Competence in using an iPad and clinical workflow.

• Availability to work 40 hours per week.
