This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada.

📋 Description

• Conduct In-Home Health Evaluations at the residences of members.

• Interact individually with members to address their health inquiries.

• Assess medications and review medical histories.

• Execute physical evaluations.

• Carry out additional diagnostic and preventive tests as prescribed by the health plan, including diabetic eye examinations, spirometry, and bone density assessments.

• Facilitate virtual visits as necessary.

• Deliver all relevant Signify Health services, encompassing Diagnostic & Preventive Services products.

• Travel locally and within licensed states across a specified coverage area.

• Visit members nationwide to assist in connecting them with appropriate care.

• Foster trusted relationships to enhance health outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess an active, unrestricted license(s) in the relevant coverage area(s).

• Capable of obtaining and maintaining multi-state licenses in the coverage area as necessary.

• MD or DO degree required.

• Comfortable and capable of performing duties in homes that may have household pets, secondhand smoke, and other potential airborne allergens or irritants.

• Open to and able to travel locally and within licensed states, potentially up to 100% of the time.

• Competent in conducting both in-home and virtual health evaluations.

• Skilled in using an iPad and navigating clinical workflows.

• Able to conduct medication and medical history assessments, physical evaluations, and diagnostic tests as required.
