In-Home Traveler Physician, Full Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

📋 Description

• Conduct in-home health assessments for members in their residences.

• Carry out visits lasting approximately 45 minutes, which include reviews of medication, medical history, and physical evaluations.

• Execute additional diagnostic tests as required, such as diabetic eye examinations and spirometry.

• Utilize an iPad and clinical workflow for each evaluation.

• Perform virtual visits when necessary.

• Deliver Signify Health services, encompassing Diagnostic & Preventive Services products.

• Travel locally and within licensed states, potentially up to 100% of the time.

• Establish trusted relationships and assist individuals in accessing suitable care.

• Make referrals to health plans and relay health and quality-of-life information to primary care physicians as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Full-time Physician position for MDs and DOs.

• Active, unrestricted license(s) in relevant coverage areas.

• Capable of obtaining and maintaining multi-state licenses in the coverage area as required.

• Must be able to safely and comfortably perform duties in homes that may have household pets, secondhand smoke, and other possible airborne allergens or irritants.

• Willingness to travel locally and within licensed states, including overnight hotel stays, car rentals, and/or flights as necessary.

• Expected weekly hours: 40.
