In-Home Traveler Physician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct health evaluations within the homes of members.

• Interact directly with individuals to address their health inquiries.

• Assess medications and review medical histories.

• Execute physical assessments.

• Carry out additional diagnostic tests as necessary, including diabetic eye exams, spirometry, and bone density screenings.

• Utilize an iPad and follow clinical workflows for each evaluation.

• Offer virtual consultations when required.

• Deliver Signify Health services, encompassing Diagnostic & Preventive Services.

• Travel locally and within the states where licensed.

• Establish trustworthy relationships to enhance health outcomes.

• Recognize care gaps and facilitate connections to appropriate care.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possession of an active, unrestricted license(s) within the relevant coverage area(s).

• Capability to acquire and sustain multi-state licenses in the coverage area, as needed.

• MD or DO degree is required.

• Comfortably and safely perform responsibilities in homes that may have household pets, secondhand smoke, and other potential airborne allergens or irritants.

• Willingness to travel locally and within licensed states.

• Open to traveling up to 100% of the time within a designated coverage area.

• Availability for overnight hotel stays, car rentals, and/or flights as necessary.

• Competence to conduct virtual visits as needed.
