In-Home Traveler Physician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas.

📋 Description

• Conduct In-Home Health Evaluations in the residences of members.

• Travel throughout a designated coverage area, primarily up to 100% of the time.

• Establish trusted relationships to facilitate improved health outcomes.

• Perform approximately 45-minute individual visits.

• Review patients' medications and medical history.

• Execute physical assessments.

• Administer prescribed diagnostic tests, including diabetic eye exams and spirometry.

• Utilize an iPad and clinical workflow for each evaluation.

• Carry out virtual consultations as required.

• Deliver Signify Health services encompassing diagnostic and preventive care.

• Engage with individuals nationwide and link them to suitable care options.

• Refer members to their health plans and encourage participation from family members when appropriate.

⛳️ Requirements

• Active, unrestricted license(s) in relevant coverage area(s).

• Capability to obtain and maintain multi-state licenses in the coverage area, as necessary.

• MD or DO credentials.

• Willing and able to travel locally and within licensed states.

• Comfortable and safe performing duties in homes that may have household pets, secondhand smoke, and other potential airborne allergens or irritants.

• Willingness and ability to travel up to 100% of the time, including potential overnight hotel stays, car rentals, and/or flights.

• Proficient in conducting virtual visits as required.
