In-Home Traveler Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Dakota.

📋 Description

• Conduct health evaluations in the homes of members.

• Connect with individuals to address gaps in their care.

• Assess medications and review medical histories.

• Perform physical assessments.

• Execute additional diagnostic tests as required, such as diabetic eye exams, spirometry, and bone density screenings.

• Utilize an iPad and follow the clinical workflow for every evaluation.

• Conduct virtual consultations when necessary.

• Offer Diagnostic & Preventive Services products.

• Travel locally and across designated coverage areas and licensed states.

• Establish trusted relationships and link members to suitable care.

• Provide nationwide visits to foster better health outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess an active, unrestricted license(s) in the relevant coverage area(s).

• Board certification is mandatory.

• Capable of obtaining and maintaining multi-state licenses in required coverage areas.

• Able to cover all counties within the state and adapt to other business needs.

• Comfortable and capable of safely executing responsibilities in homes with pets, secondhand smoke, and other potential airborne allergens or irritants.

• Willingness to travel locally and within licensed states.

• Qualification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.

• Ability to work 40 hours each week.

• Willingness to travel up to 100% of the time, which may include overnight hotel stays, car rentals, and/or flights.
