In-Home Physician, Full Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Conduct health evaluations in the homes of members.

• Interact individually with members to address their health inquiries.

• Assess medications and review medical histories.

• Execute physical assessments.

• Carry out additional diagnostic tests when requested, including diabetic eye exams, spirometry, and bone density screenings.

• Utilize an iPad and follow clinical workflows for each assessment.

• Facilitate virtual consultations as necessary.

• Deliver Signify Health Diagnostic & Preventive Services.

• Travel locally and within the states where licensed.

• Establish trusted relationships while aiding in the identification of suitable care and referrals.

• Visit individuals nationwide to promote enhanced health outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess an active, unrestricted license in the relevant coverage areas.

• Capable of obtaining and maintaining multi-state licenses in the specified coverage area as necessary.

• Must be able to safely and comfortably perform duties in homes that may include household pets, secondhand smoke, and other potential airborne allergens or irritants.

• Willingness to travel locally and within licensed states.

• Must be prepared to travel up to 100% of the time within a designated coverage area.

• May necessitate overnight hotel accommodations, car rentals, and/or flights.

• MD or DO qualification as outlined in the required and preferred qualifications.
