In-Home Physician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Conduct in-home health evaluations at members' residences

• Interact directly with members and address their health inquiries

• Review patients' medication and medical history

• Execute physical evaluations

• Carry out additional diagnostic tests as directed by the health plan, including diabetic eye exams and spirometry

• Utilize an iPad and follow clinical workflows for each evaluation

• Establish trusted relationships and contribute to improved health outcomes

• Travel nationwide to connect individuals with appropriate care

• Travel locally and within licensed states as required

• Perform virtual visits as necessary

• Deliver Signify Health services, encompassing Diagnostic & Preventive Services such as spirometry, diabetic eye exams, and bone density screening

• Work within members' private homes to evaluate health and quality-of-life factors

⛳️ Requirements

• Active and unrestricted license(s) within the coverage area(s)

• Multi-state licenses are preferred

• Availability to cover key locations: Berks, Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery, or Philadelphia Counties

• Willingness to travel locally and within licensed states as needed

• Capability to conduct virtual visits as necessary

• Comfortably and safely perform duties in homes that may have household pets, secondhand smoke, and other potential airborne allergens or irritants

• Physician qualification as an MD or DO
