In-Home Euthanasia, Pet Hospice Veterinarian

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama.

📋 Description

• Deliver in-home hospice and euthanasia veterinary services

• Assist pet families throughout Birmingham, Forestdale, Fairfield, Homewood, and Center Point, Alabama

• Carry out appointments in a mobile setting without a waiting area or overlapping schedules

• Provide families with ample time and compassionate end-of-life support

• Maintain professional communication with both the veterinary team and families

• Operate independently while engaging in rotational weekend duties

⛳️ Requirements

• DVM/VMD/BVMS degree

• Current Driver’s License

• Capability to work independently in a mobile setting

• Availability for weekend shifts (rotational)

• Ability to lift up to 45 lbs without assistance

• Demonstrate compassion, dignity, and respect to everyone

• Professional communication skills with team members and families
