In Country Operations Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary liaison for third-party logistics providers (3PLs).

• Generate Advanced Shipping Notices (ASNs) for incoming shipments within the warehouse management system.

• Oversee Stock Keeping Units (SKUs) in the warehouse management system, including the addition of new products before their launch.

• Track all incoming shipments and resolve any discrepancies in received goods.

• Evaluate 3PL performance to ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are fulfilled and prepare weekly summary reports.

• Coordinate projects with 3PLs, such as kitting initiatives and the packing of B2B shipments.

• Assess shipment, order, and inventory data to identify efficiencies.

• Assist in documenting and enhancing supply chain processes.

• Manage and support key initiatives aimed at driving continuous improvements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of translating data into actionable insights.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Ability to thrive in a challenging and fast-paced environment.

• Proficient in Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and warehouse management software.

• Strong communication and organizational capabilities.

• Self-motivated and proactive.

• Proficiency in the Spanish language is preferred.
