Improper Payment Prevention Super User, French Speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Execute and oversee Improper Payment Prevention workflows within the Aggregate Spend Tool from initiation through to approval and closure.

• Convert business input from Transaction Owners into organized system entries.

• Ensure timely submission of workflows in accordance with GIP requirements and established approval processes.

• Track workflow progression and address any delays or bottlenecks within the system or processes.

• Maintain accurate data entry and verify engagement details to ensure compliance and reporting accuracy.

• Upload and manage necessary documentation, such as contracts, approvals, and Proof of Delivery.

• Review and implement requirements of the Global Interactions Policy.

• Assist in the creation of Purchase Orders through AST/Agora interfaces.

• Coordinate the processing of invoices and validation of Proof of Delivery.

• Follow up on payments to ensure financial closure of engagements.

• Finalize workflows in AST once all requirements have been met.

• Collaborate with Transaction Owners, Finance, Compliance, and the IPP Center of Excellence.

• Address and resolve stakeholder inquiries while following up on any missing inputs.

• Proficiency in both French and English.

• Strong experience in executing processes and managing system-driven workflows, ideally with AST or comparable tools.

• Outstanding attention to detail, ensuring data accuracy and compliance integrity.

• Capability to handle multiple transactions simultaneously in a structured, policy-oriented environment.

• Excellent stakeholder management and coordination abilities.
