This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct client discovery sessions to analyze intricate workflows and pinpoint operational challenges.

• Convert business needs into clear technical specifications.

• Design scalable data models, relational schemas, automated workflows, and client-facing interfaces.

• Develop and set up solutions using relational and low-code/no-code platforms.

• Manage client relationships from the initial discovery call to the final delivery.

• Oversee delivery plans, project scope, milestones, status updates, and timelines for enterprise client projects.

• Coordinate technical implementation with internal engineering teams.

• Review and enhance clients' existing system architectures for efficiency, speed, and scalability.

• Take charge of architecture, configuration, project governance, and client success.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience delivering functional systems on relational, low-code, or operational platforms such as Airtable, Notion, Retool, HubSpot, Salesforce, Zapier/Make, or similar.

• Strong grasp of relational database concepts, including linked records, primary keys, foreign keys, one-to-many/many-to-many relationships, and scalable schema design.

• Demonstrated ability to facilitate client meetings, manage project scope and expectations, and juggle multiple projects at once.

• Residing in the US, Canada, or Latin America.

• Proficient in English at a C1+ level.

• Availability that aligns with US business hours (EST/CST/PST).

• Preferred: formal experience in database or data modeling, including SQL, ERDs, and schema normalization.

• Preferred: practical experience with Airtable, ClickUp, or similar workflow management platforms.

• Preferred: background in B2B consulting, technical agencies, RevOps, or business operations.
