Implementation Support Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +46 more states.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary liaison for TPAs during the implementation of new groups.

• Collect TPA requirements, such as contacts, deadlines, account structures, group numbers, invoicing, ID cards, and eligibility files.

• Record requirements using standard project templates and tools.

• Keep detailed project plans and logs of open items.

• Oversee daily activities for Implementation Managers and/or Specialists.

• Assist with data entry for the implementation of new groups.

• Develop client profiles utilizing the CRM tool.

• Facilitate communication between contracting, invoicing, and Implementation teams.

• Provide support to implementation staff and TPAs during the go-live phase.

• Engage in post-go-live discussions aimed at enhancing performance.

• Participate throughout the entire lifecycle of new group implementations.

• Attend both internal and external client meetings.

• Organize high-volume tasks while adhering to deadlines and project milestones.

• Ensure meticulous attention to detail across all project requirements.

• Demonstrate initiative and the ability to multitask efficiently.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.

• Strong preference for candidates with healthcare and/or pharmacy experience.

• Proven experience in coordinating complex tasks across various projects and clients.

• Background in a customer service role is essential.

• Corporate experience is preferred.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.

• Familiarity with the Google platform/apps is preferred.

• Experience using Salesforce is essential.

• Excellent communication skills for face-to-face meetings, conference calls, and written correspondence.

• A strong team-oriented mindset with a drive for success.

• Ability to be flexible, adaptable, and respond effectively in a fast-paced technology environment.

• Capacity to meet tight deadlines and address near-term deliverables.

• Skill in managing multiple projects and tasks with composure, efficiency, and accountability.
