This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nebraska.
• Collaborate with clients to comprehend their business needs, operational processes, and technical goals.
• Convert client requirements into actionable implementation designs and configuration strategies.
• Set up DTN platforms tailored to customer scenarios, integrations, workflows, and data mapping specifications.
• Create and implement testing strategies to ensure quality and functionality of the implementation.
• Carry out implementation plans that align with client business objectives and deadlines.
• Aid in the creation of implementation documentation, best practices, and training resources.
• Work alongside clients on technical migrations, organizational adoption, and change management initiatives.
• Assist in formulating project plans, RACIs, and customer implementation strategies.
• Facilitate customer meetings, stand-ups, and reviews of implementation progress.
• Identify and address implementation, integration, and adoption challenges throughout the deployment process.
• Proactively manage implementation risks, dependencies, and obstacles.
• Provide customer training and knowledge transfer to ensure adoption and self-sufficiency.
• Collaborate across departments with Project Managers, Transformation Consultants, Sales, Product, and Support teams.
• Record implementation decisions, lessons learned, and best practices.
• Share customer and implementation feedback with Product and Engineering teams for ongoing improvement.
• Over 5 years of practical experience in implementing B2B SaaS or enterprise software solutions.
• Strong technical skills with the capacity to swiftly learn and utilize new technologies and platforms.
• Experience in solution design, configuration, integration, testing, and validation.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
• Demonstrated project management experience, adept at driving initiatives from planning to execution.
• Experience collaborating across functions with clients, architects, project managers, and technical stakeholders.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of engaging effectively at all levels of the organization.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering value and ensuring customer success.
• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Experience in agriculture, energy, transportation, or weather-sensitive sectors.
• Familiarity with service design methodologies and project management tools.
• Experience in supporting enterprise SaaS implementations in complex customer environments.
