Implementation Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement processes including Standard Operating Procedures.

• Oversee the transition from Sales to Implementation to Operations.

• Review sales documentation and analyze data to establish and communicate timelines.

• Set implementation timelines by collaborating with Sales, Operations, and the Client.

• Monitor and report on the status of implementations.

• Conduct surveys for clients and implementations to gather feedback.

• Create, communicate, and distribute client-specific Statements of Work.

• Manage daily operational tasks related to client onboarding to fulfill project deliverables and contract objectives.

• Develop EMR training materials that include hands-on walkthroughs for the Operations Team.

• Organize and lead client calls with weekly progress updates.

• Anticipate tasks and projects while collaborating with senior leadership to schedule them appropriately.

• Provide support and mentorship to members of the implementation team.

• Evaluate workflows by analyzing client data and reporting outcomes.

• Resolve technical issues and assist the Implementation team as needed.

• Collaborate directly with senior leadership and key operational management teams.

• Safeguard sensitive data.

• Assist with technical initiatives related to automation and software integration.

• Uphold and promote the values of Verisma.

• Perform additional duties as assigned to ensure the efficient operation of the department and the company.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Technology, Business Management, or a related field is preferred.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the healthcare or a related sector.

• At least 2 years of management or supervisory experience.

• Comprehensive understanding of common concepts, practices, and procedures in the Release of Information and Health Information Management industries.

• Preferred experience with EHR systems (e.g., Athena, eCW, NextGen, Allscripts, GE Centricity, EPIC, Cerner, Meditech, EDM, etc.) and/or clinical settings.

• Outstanding interpersonal skills, particularly in interactions with clients, senior executives, sales teams, and business partners.

• Demonstrated ability to utilize data and analytics to guide and influence decision-making.
