Implementation Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the onboarding process for clients from start to finish and escalate any issues to management.

• Collaborate with various departments to implement all aspects of onboarding new clients.

• Create implementation processes and establish Standard Operating Procedures.

• Manage the transition from Sales to Implementation to Operations.

• Analyze sales sheets and data to determine and communicate timelines effectively.

• Set implementation timelines in coordination with Sales, Operations, and clients.

• Monitor and report on the status of implementations.

• Conduct client and implementation surveys to gather feedback.

• Create, communicate, and distribute client-specific Statements of Work.

• Oversee the daily operational aspects of client onboarding, ensuring project deliverables align with timelines and contractual objectives.

• Develop EMR training materials with practical walkthroughs for the Operations Team.

• Organize and lead client calls, providing weekly updates.

• Anticipate future tasks and projects, scheduling them with senior leadership.

• Provide support and mentorship to implementation team members.

• Evaluate workflows through client data and reporting analysis.

• Resolve technical issues and support the Implementation team.

• Collaborate directly with senior leadership and key operational management staff.

• Safeguard sensitive information.

• Assist with automation and software integration initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Technology, Business Management, or a related field is preferred.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the healthcare or a related sector.

• At least 2 years of management or supervisory experience.

• Comprehensive knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the Release of Information and Health Information Management industries.

• Preferred experience with EHR systems (e.g., Athena, eCW, NextGen, Allscripts, GE Centricity, EPIC, Cerner, Meditech, EDM, etc.) and/or clinical settings.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, particularly in interactions with clients, senior executives, sales teams, and business partners.

• Demonstrated ability to utilize data and analytics to guide and influence decision-making.

• A valid driver's license with a good driving record.

• Willingness to travel to assigned accounts, up to 50%, as necessary.
