Implementation Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary point of contact for the customer implementation process.

• Oversee communication regarding expectations, procedures, and requirements with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Propel project execution to ensure timely delivery of milestones and deliverables.

• Utilize internal resources and escalate risks when necessary.

• Organize and facilitate project meetings with both internal teams and external clients.

• Manage project documentation and develop as well as refine internal Standard Operating Procedures.

• Function as a subject matter expert for Revinate’s product offerings.

• Cultivate technical expertise in integrations, software, systems, and product infrastructure.

• Confirm the implementation, integration, and intended functionality of technical components.

• Execute and oversee the technical system setup and configuration.

• Address technical product issues through back-end configuration and troubleshooting.

• Engage in professional development, cross-training, and continuous learning.

• Act as a liaison between customers and the internal product team for requested enhancements.

• Evaluate product functionality and track performance metrics, such as email deliverability.

• Collaborate with third-party Property Management System vendors regarding integration specifics.

⛳️ Requirements

• An Associate’s Degree in a relevant field or at least 2 years of professional experience in a Project Management role.

• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in customer-facing SaaS technology, Hotel Operations, or Hospitality Marketing.

• Capability to manage a high volume of concurrent, ongoing projects and competing priorities, including 50-60+ implementations.

• Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively under tight deadlines.

• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly gain in-depth product knowledge.

• Experience working with back-end engineering or integration teams.

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.

• Familiarity with Google Workspace, Zendesk / Jira, and Salesforce is advantageous.

• Working knowledge of project management software and tools such as Asana and Rocketlane.

• Practical experience with configuring technical SaaS software and managing integrations is preferred.

• Familiarity with hospitality systems, including Property Management Systems like Opera, roomMaster, or Maestro, is preferred.

• Must reside in India.

• Must be available for the specified IST training and adhere to regular working shifts.
