Implementation Program Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Oversee client implementations from the point of commercial handoff until the go-live phase and through hypercare.

• Facilitate cross-functional requirements, milestones, risks, dependencies, and readiness activities.

• Create client-specific Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and manage necessary Quality and Operations approvals.

• Lead implementation meetings, monitor action items, and ensure resolution of issues.

• Track go-live performance, escalate risks, and coordinate hypercare support.

• Keep accurate records in Salesforce, Blue Notes, and project documentation.

• Deliver implementation status updates and performance reports utilizing Power BI, Excel, and various project tools.

• Background in client implementation, logistics, operations, or customer solutions.

• Exceptional skills in cross-functional coordination, organization, communication, and problem-solving.

• Capacity to manage multiple priorities, recognize risks, and drive actions to completion.

• Expertise in Excel, project tracking software, and reporting tools.

• Familiarity with MxTMS or a quick ability to learn transportation management systems.

• Must be a U.S. Citizen, a National of the U.S., a lawful permanent resident, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer.
