Implementation Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Oversee a portfolio of 15–25 simultaneous implementation projects.

• Collect and assess business requirements for EDI integration projects, translating client needs into technical specifications.

• Create and execute EDI data mappings and transformations.

• Identify and resolve EDI transmission and processing issues.

• Act as a professional representative for Self Bill Pro in external engagements.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners, including clients and carriers, to ensure timely project completion.

• Offer continuous support and maintenance for EDI integrations.

• Monitor and enhance EDI processes for optimal efficiency and performance.

• Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices related to EDI, API integration, and benefits administration.

• Convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.

• Establish trusting relationships with client stakeholders, brokers, and carrier partners.

• Anticipate client needs to provide an exceptional implementation experience.

• Deliver dependable client support throughout project lifecycles.

• Provide clear, timely, and specific updates regarding project status.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience managing a portfolio of concurrent projects involving both internal and external stakeholders.

• More than 6 years in a client-facing role, owning client relationships from start to finish, with proven ability to navigate challenging client conversations and resolve escalated issues independently.

• At least 4 years of experience in EDI and/or API implementation and support, preferably within the benefits administration sector.

• Strong customer service focus with a proactive approach to addressing and solving client issues.

• Knowledge of fixed-width file formats and the LDEx XML file format.

• Familiarity with prevalent benefit administration platforms (e.g., ADP Workforce Now, Workday, bswift) and/or insurance carrier systems is an advantage.

• Experience with, or a keen interest in learning about, data mapping and transformation tools.

• Comfort with, or a desire to analyze and manipulate data, particularly using Microsoft Excel, is crucial.

• Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

• Capability to manage multiple tasks and projects concurrently while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong analytical skills to identify issues and formulate effective solutions.

• Genuine enthusiasm for client service, with a history of cultivating strong, enduring client relationships.

• Proven track record of clear, confident communication with clients, particularly regarding project timelines and status.

• Bachelor's Degree Preferred.

• Must currently reside within the United States.
