📋 Description

• Oversee comprehensive software implementations for enterprise or multi-site clients, covering areas such as registration, scheduling, documentation, coding, billing, and reporting.

• Evaluate client operational and clinical maturity to pinpoint upstream deficiencies and potential downstream revenue risks.

• Create and manage cross-workstream implementation plans in collaboration with project management, technical, and sales teams.

• Lead client leadership meetings and executive steering committees.

• Identify and proactively mitigate delivery risks, bringing any undefined scope or design inquiries to the attention of a solutions architect.

• Provide mentorship and training to fellow Implementation Consultants.

• Develop and own client training strategies while enhancing onboarding materials.

• Oversee cross-workstream readiness and ensure a smooth transition to ongoing operations post-go-live.

• Assist with pre-sales scoping for complex or multi-product opportunities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent technical/business experience.

• 7+ years of relevant work experience.

• 2-3 years of experience at the Senior level or comparable experience.

• Willingness to travel up to 80% may be required.

• Must possess legal authorization to work in the United States or Canada.

• Visa/work sponsorship is not available for this position.
