Implementation Consultant, Golf

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Manage the client onboarding process from initiation to completion.

• Act as the main point of contact for clients during the onboarding phase.

• Coordinate kickoff meetings to introduce the process and set client expectations.

• Ensure that client training is provided throughout the implementation journey.

• Plan and allocate internal resources for project-related tasks, including hardware setup, billing cycle initiation, and payment processing configuration.

• Keep clients informed about the implementation progress and remind them of training schedules.

• Oversee a group of clients engaged in the implementation process.

• Provide consistent updates on task completions and client responsibilities.

• Maintain accurate client records in the CRM and other digital platforms.

• Manage the timeline from closing the sale to the first use of the system.

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

⛳️ Requirements

• Background in the golf industry or a strong enthusiasm for golf.

• Proven experience in managing client expectations via phone and email.

• Experience in resource planning and task distribution in a results-driven role.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both French and English.

• Proficiency in English as a working language is essential.

• Preferred, but not mandatory: experience in retail and hospitality sectors.

• Preferred, but not mandatory: familiarity with HubSpot or Salesforce.

• Preferred, but not mandatory: experience with ClickUp or ChurnZero.
