This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Oversee comprehensive software implementations for enterprise or multi-site clients.

• Integrate registration, scheduling, documentation, coding, billing, and reporting workstreams.

• Evaluate client operational and clinical maturity while identifying potential downstream revenue risks.

• Establish and manage implementation plans across multiple workstreams.

• Collaborate with project management, technical, and sales teams.

• Lead client leadership meetings and executive steering sessions.

• Proactively identify and address delivery risks.

• Escalate any undefined scope or design inquiries to solutions architects.

• Provide mentorship and training to other Implementation Consultants.

• Develop the client training strategy and enhance onboarding materials.

• Oversee readiness and post-go-live transitions to ongoing operations.

• Assist with pre-sales scoping for complex or multi-product opportunities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in a Technical or Business field.

• A minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience.

• 2–3 years of experience at the Senior level or equivalent.

• Willingness to travel up to 80% may be necessary.

• Must possess legal authorization to work in the United States or Canada.
