This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Oversee multiple, fast-paced implementations of Instructure products throughout Canada.
• Handle implementation projects of standard complexity.
• Serve as the trusted advisor to customers during the implementation process.
• Define project scope and customer goals in collaboration with relevant stakeholders, ensuring technical feasibility.
• Maintain comprehensive project plans, track progress, and hold team members accountable for their assigned tasks.
• Collaborate with Instructure’s Customer Success Manager (CSM) and engineering team to develop XML document overlays.
• Manage expectations of both customers and internal resources.
• Assist customers in navigating technical requirements for SSO, API, and XML integrations.
• Ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within the defined scope.
• Monitor and manage milestones and tasks in Salesforce to facilitate revenue recognition.
• Report and escalate potential risks or issues to management as necessary.
• Conduct implementations in both English and Canadian French.
• At least 3 years of experience in project management, technical support, or customer success.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies; CAPM or PMP certification is preferred, but not mandatory.
• Ability to quickly identify options and formulate a path forward for customer challenges.
• Experience in translating technical concepts for non-technical users.
• Outstanding organizational and communication skills, encompassing written, verbal, and presentation communication.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Capability to provide and receive constructive direction.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in English and Canadian French communication.
• Understanding of SaaS and APIs.
• Experience in the LMS industry, educational technology, or a fast-paced technical environment.
• Must successfully pass a background check.
