This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium, +4 more countries.
• Lead the effective deployment of EPI within the Belgian and Luxembourgish markets
• Serve as the liaison between participating banks and the EPI organization
• Create customized implementation strategies and set up suitable project governance
• Assist new members during onboarding and collaboratively design their EPI implementation strategies
• Oversee comprehensive delivery by guiding the project managers of member organizations
• Manage various aspects of implementations, including technical, legal, branding, marketing, and product dimensions
• Facilitate discussions to address product, regulatory, and technical challenges
• Lead and prepare steering committee meetings with project managers from member organizations
• Monitor and report on KPIs, identify risks and develop mitigation strategies, and provide actionable reports for stakeholders
• Continuously enhance rollout and onboarding procedures with other Implementation Managers, with a focus on standardization, industrialization, and sharing experiences
• Report directly to the Chief Implementation Officer and work collaboratively with Product, Scheme, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations teams
• Master's degree in Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• Over 5 years of experience in financial services, payments, or consulting
• Preferably experience with Belgian or Luxembourgish Payment Service Providers
• Proven experience in project management
• Familiarity with complex, multi-stakeholder environments is a significant advantage
• Ability to lead from a business standpoint while showcasing a strong affinity for technology
• Proficiency in English and Dutch (CEFR C1 or C2); additional European languages are beneficial
• Capacity to remain effective and focused in a dynamic environment where processes, regulations, and products are in constant flux
• Proactive, solution-oriented attitude with excellent interpersonal and relationship-building capabilities
• Demonstrated track record of delivering high-quality work and monitoring progress through KPIs
• Comfortable working remotely in a pan-European, multicultural setting
