Implementation Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Assist Implementation Consultants with the necessary activities to guide clients through the HR4Way process.

• Assess client employee data, policies, and job descriptions for precision and consistency.

• Conduct audits of new setups using checklists to ensure organization, flow, and completeness prior to handoff.

• Support assigned clients while gaining knowledge in HR operations, the employee lifecycle, and Tier 5 organization standards.

• Experience the dealership culture and understand the role of HR within dealerships.

• Utilize the Reports & Analytics application to extract insights from the client network.

• Undertake special projects, including rerunning reports and presenting recommendations to the team.

• Assist in updating resources throughout the client network.

• Maintain daily morning and closing routines, using Jira as the task management tool.

• Organize weekly support, audits, and reporting initiatives.

• Acquire knowledge and ultimately deliver micro-learning sessions.

• Understand and apply Claude and client personas to enhance work quality.

⛳️ Requirements

• University graduate or college graduate with 1 to 2 years of relevant experience.

• Achieved academic excellence and genuinely enjoyed assignments and research activities.

• Experience in HR or a strong interest in learning about HR, HR operations, and related software.

• Proficient with technology; this is essential.

• Capability to quickly adapt to new software applications.

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce thorough, precise, and accurate work.

• Proficiency in English is required.

• Willingness to work flexible hours and go the extra mile to meet client expectations.

• Proficiency in French is considered an asset.
