Implementation Consultant – Headcount Planning

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Execute Paylocity’s objective of enhancing client satisfaction by comprehending client requirements and ensuring favorable results.

• Conduct needs assessments and perform cost/benefit analyses.

• Build and nurture relationships both internally and externally.

• Gather product and enhancement needs from end users and translate these requests into feasible solutions.

• Develop, analyze, and verify comprehensive functional and technical specifications.

• Promote greater utilization of core system functionalities to minimize the need for customizations.

• Enhance systems by evaluating current practices and designing necessary modifications.

• Foster relationships within and between departments to prioritize needs while communicating project status and timelines.

• Generate internal documentation and training materials for setup and ongoing assistance.

• Document requirements, establish use cases, and create process models.

• Keep updated on system functions and new release features.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree is mandatory.

• Minimum of two years’ experience in the Payroll and HR Industry (or equivalent experience for Partner Integration).

• Background in a customer-facing role is essential.

• Experience in writing business specifications is preferred.

• Must be capable of sitting for extended periods, generally 7–8 hours daily.

• Proficient in operating a computer, utilizing phone systems, typing, and running multiple software applications simultaneously.

• Availability for work five days a week during designated hours is required.

• Must work remotely or from a designated location within the U.S.
