Implementation Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Conduct initial technical implementation of technology products following a sale.

• Carry out installation, upgrades, testing, and system configuration for implementation initiatives.

• Collaborate with clients to assess operational requirements and business goals.

• Monitor the progress of implementation projects, including deadlines and scheduling challenges.

• Keep customers and stakeholders updated on the status of projects.

• Implement, test, and adjust data rules as necessary.

• Investigate, identify, diagnose, resolve, and follow up on customer change events.

• Contribute to the development of standardized solutions for customers.

• Escalate issues that fall outside the scope of the role.

• Manage support cases that require partner involvement and serve as the escalation point between clients and partners.

• Engage directly with third parties, consultants, VARs, and providers of adapters or applications.

• Handle complex and high-priority tasks.

• Maintain extensive industry-specific business knowledge and stay updated with new products and technical advancements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with relevant years of experience or equivalent practical knowledge.

• Proficient in both German and English at a professional level.

• Familiarity with ERP systems.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities.

• Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Capability to apply, test, and adjust data rules to achieve desired outcomes.

• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and prioritize tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Strong skills in building relationships, including via phone communication.

• Experience with third parties, consultants, VARs, or providers of adapters and applications.

• Basic knowledge of XML.

• Experience utilizing text editing and data mapping tools.

• Comprehensive understanding of mapping tool functionalities.

• Excellent written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.

• A balanced combination of being a driver and facilitator, tactical leader and executor.
