Implementation Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Take the initiative to set up and install technical systems, applications, or process designs for clients on their purchased or outsourced technology and business process solutions.

• Assist clients with managing initial access, mapping and transferring data, creating process documentation, and providing or coordinating training for client users.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot advanced automation tools.

• Utilize programmatic solutions for customization.

• Apply declarative platform security tools to enhance product functionalities.

• Configure product features independently.

• Connect workbooks or analytical outputs to nCino configurations.

• Comprehend and expand upon the nCino primary data model.

• Troubleshoot by implementing deliberate configuration changes and conducting smoke testing.

• Leverage Salesforce Platform automation and data integrity tools.

• Implement nCino user experience tools and integrate them with Salesforce application security.

• Conduct quality control and testing for nCino features.

• Utilize additional tools introduced by nCino.

• Understand common integrations.

• Employ AI tools to automate routine tasks, enhance accuracy, save time, and reduce errors.

• Use AI-driven insights to bolster decision-making, customer experience, and team productivity.

• Remain updated on AI advancements to promote continuous learning and scalable growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• Generally requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of relevant experience/proficiency; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience.

• Over 2 years of experience in Salesforce.com architecture.

• Certifications in Salesforce App Builder and Salesforce Administrator.

• Experience in the analysis, definition, and implementation of Solution, Information, Technical, and Application Architecture-based solutions.

• Knowledge and experience with various data encryption methods.

• A strong desire to deliver high-quality solutions to banking clients with a complete commitment to our mission.

• Familiarity with AutoRabit, Copado, and SFX is preferred.

• Experience with Smartsheet and Jira is desirable.

• This position may require some travel.
