Implementation Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.

📋 Description

• Collect and verify sold-case information from sales teams, producers, and clients.

• Accurately submit group data to Policyholder Services and collaborate during the scrub process.

• Guide customers through the contract review process, billing setup, and the utilization of service tools such as AdminEase.

• Implement new groups and transition them to the designated Account Specialist.

• Provide customer insights to support ongoing improvement initiatives.

• Work together on process enhancements.

• Address onboarding challenges and foster customer trust.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.

• Over 3 years of experience in group insurance, including employee benefits and direct client engagement.

• Background in project management, benefits administration, case management, customer service, or sales.

• Capability to resolve customer concerns and manage intricate onboarding processes.

• Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.

• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a process-oriented environment.

• Knowledge of contract setup, billing procedures, or operations within Policyholder Services.

• A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

• Successful completion of a criminal background check, along with verification of employment, education, and licensing.

• Must be bondable.
