This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Accurately conduct IMO research within the timelines established by the manager.
β’ Complete the daily IMO Support Tracker to monitor research performance.
β’ Fulfill the minimum weekly IMO expectations set by the IMO Support Manager.
β’ Maintain consistent communication with the IMO Support Manager to provide feedback and updates.
β’ Adhere to the weekly provider IMO allocation as assigned by the manager.
β’ Provide training and support to new IMO Specialists as necessary.
β’ Assist with assigned administrative tasks.
β’ Support healthcare providers and claimants through administrative and clinical tasks related to VA Claim Exams (C&P Exams).
β’ High School Diploma or an equivalent qualification.
β’ Mandatory proficiency in phlebotomy.
β’ Familiarity with general office equipment (computer, fax, copier, scanner, phone).
β’ Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and Internet applications.
β’ Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality standards.
β’ Ability to type at least 40 words per minute.
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
β’ Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
β’ Effective organizational skills, with the capacity to work independently and manage time efficiently.
β’ Ability to maintain focus in a busy environment and handle pressure and stress productively.
β’ Dependable, adheres to company policies, and adapts well to changes.
β’ Previous experience as a Medical Assistant or in a healthcare environment is preferred.
β’ Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program or relevant certification is preferred.
